Overview: SASITEPAN is always committed to providing every customer with safe, efficient, and on-time shipping services, and all orders prioritize standardized delivery within the continental United States. This shipping policy details all relevant matters including order processing procedures, packaging standards, shipping costs, delivery timeframes, deliverable areas, and customer support, covering all shipping-related questions you may encounter during your shopping. Please read it carefully before placing an order to ensure you understand all the rules.
I. Order Processing Time
1. All orders will complete the entire processing procedure within 1-3 business days after your payment is confirmed (business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays), and do not include weekends and holidays in calendar days.
2. The order processing procedure includes but is not limited to: order information verification, strict product quality inspection, safe packaging and sealing, etc., to ensure that every cookware product shipped meets quality standards and can be effectively protected during transportation.
3. Once the order is shipped, we will send you logistics tracking information via the email address you provided when placing the order as soon as possible, including the tracking number and carrier information, to facilitate your real-time query of the package's shipping progress.
II. Order Processing Deadline
1. If you place and confirm payment for your order before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) from Monday to Friday, the order can usually complete the processing procedure on the same day and enter the subsequent shipping link.
2. If the order is placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time, or on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or U.S. federal holidays, the order will be automatically postponed to the next business day for processing, and will not occupy holiday or weekend time.
III. Deliverable Areas and Restricted Areas
1. Currently, SASITEPAN cookware only supports delivery to the continental United States (i.e., the 48 contiguous U.S. states), where all shipping services and related discounts listed in this policy are available.
2. The following areas do not have any shipping services and do not support order placement and delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience:
- Non-continental U.S. regions: Alaska, Hawaii;
- U.S. territories and affiliated islands: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. overseas territories and small outlying islands;
- Military bases: All APO/FPO addresses (military postal addresses).
3. Unless you make a special note during the checkout process and receive confirmation from our customer service, orders to the above restricted areas cannot be submitted or delivered, and the system will automatically block order requests from these areas.
IV. Shipping Methods, Shipping Fee Standards and Free Shipping Policy
We only use UPS as our sole carrier, providing two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping. The shipping fee standards are clear and transparent, and will be clearly displayed before you confirm the order during checkout, with no hidden fees. The free shipping policy only applies to specific order amounts and designated areas, as detailed in the following table:

V. Estimated Delivery Time (By Shipping Method)
Estimated delivery times are calculated based on business days (excluding weekends, U.S. federal holidays, and carrier delays), starting from the day the order is shipped. The delivery timeframes for different shipping methods are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: Most packages will be delivered to all destinations in the continental United States within 14-17 business days after shipping. Real-time logistics tracking updates are provided throughout the process, and you can query the package location at any time via the order tracking number.
- Expedited Shipping: Compared with Standard Shipping, the time efficiency is greatly improved. The specific delivery time will be further calculated based on your delivery address. The carrier will prioritize delivery to ensure the package arrives quickly, and real-time tracking service is also provided.
Warm Reminder: The estimated delivery time is for reference only. The actual delivery time may be slightly delayed due to factors such as carrier efficiency and the remoteness of the delivery area. We will do our best to ensure the time limit and promptly synchronize relevant abnormal information.
VI. Explanation of Tariffs, Import Duties and Related Fees
- Any applicable tariffs, import duties, customs clearance fees, or other related fees shall be borne solely by the recipient and have no connection with SASITEPAN;
- Such fees must be paid by the recipient to the local customs or relevant authorities when the goods arrive at the destination country/region. The specific amount will be determined in accordance with the import and export regulations and tax policies of the destination country/region, and we cannot estimate it in advance;
- We strongly recommend that you understand the relevant tariffs and import policies of the destination country/region in advance before placing an order to clarify possible additional fees and avoid unnecessary disputes. Such fees are not set by us, nor will they be paid to SASITEPAN; they are all collected by the local government in accordance with relevant regulations.
VII. Package Packaging and Handling Standards
To ensure that every cookware product is not damaged during transportation, we adopt professional packaging procedures and protective materials to fully seal the products:
- The product itself will be wrapped with buffer materials such as anti-collision film and foam pads to prevent damage such as coating scratches and pot deformation caused by collision and friction during transportation;
- The outer packaging uses high-strength corrugated cartons to enhance pressure resistance and avoid product exposure and damage due to carton breakage during transportation;
- After each package is packed, it will undergo a secondary inspection to confirm that the packaging is firm and free of looseness, ensuring that the product can safely reach your hands.
VIII. Handling of Damaged, Lost or Abnormal Packages
1. If you find product damage, package breakage after receiving the package, or if you have not received the package for a long time (more than 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery time of the corresponding shipping method), please contact our customer service team immediately for handling, and do not delay.

3. Handling Process: After receiving your feedback, the SASITEPAN customer service team will verify the situation within 2 business days, synchronously contact the UPS carrier for investigation, and coordinate a solution for you based on the verification result, including free product replacement, full refund, etc., to ensure that your legitimate rights and interests are not lost.
IX. Explanation of Address Changes and Delivery Notes
1. Address Verification: Before placing an order, please carefully check every detail of the delivery address (including street, house number, city, zip code, contact information, etc.) to ensure the address is accurate and error-free, avoiding package non-delivery, loss or delay caused by incorrect addresses.
2. Address Changes: If you find an error in the address after placing the order, you must contact the customer service team immediately to apply for a change. Once the order is shipped and the carrier has collected the package, the delivery address can no longer be modified. Any losses such as package non-delivery or return caused thereby shall be borne by you.
3. Delivery Notes: If you have special delivery requirements (such as "leave the package at the front door", "contact the recipient before delivery", etc.), you can fill in the relevant information in the "Delivery Notes" column during checkout. We will synchronize it to the carrier and try our best to meet your needs. If the note information does not comply with the carrier's delivery specifications, the carrier may not implement it. We apologize for any inconvenience.
X. Handling of Refused or Undeliverable Packages
1. If the package is returned by the carrier due to reasons such as recipient refusal to sign, unknown address, or no one to receive it, SASITEPAN will contact you to verify the situation as soon as possible after receiving the returned package.
2. Bearing of Related Fees: If the package is refused or undeliverable due to the recipient's own reasons, the recipient shall bear the return shipping fee, package storage fee, and subsequent re-shipping fee incurred.
3. Solutions: You can contact the customer service team and choose one of the following two methods for handling: First, apply for re-shipping. After paying the relevant shipping fee first, we will arrange re-delivery; second, apply for a refund. The refund amount will be returned to your original payment account after deducting the return shipping fee and related handling fees.
XI. Explanation of Shipping-Restricted Items
Some cookware products may have regional shipping restrictions due to local U.S. shipping regulations and carrier restrictions (for example, some large cookware cannot be delivered to remote areas).
If the product you ordered has such restrictions, SASITEPAN will contact you in a timely manner via email or phone during the order processing, inform you of the specific restriction situation, and provide you with a reasonable solution (such as product replacement, full refund, etc.) to avoid delaying your shopping experience.
XII. Disclaimer for Carrier Delays
SASITEPAN will do its best to ensure the shipping time limit for each order, but we are not liable for carrier delivery delays caused by force majeure or factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather factors: Extreme severe weather such as heavy rain, heavy snow, typhoons, and hurricanes;
- Natural disasters: Force majeure disasters such as earthquakes, floods, and mudslides;
- Other factors: Carrier strikes, logistics system failures, traffic control, epidemic prevention and control, and other situations beyond our control.
If the above delay occurs, we will continue to pay attention to the logistics progress, promptly synchronize the latest package shipping information to you, and try our best to assist you in communicating with the carrier until the package is successfully delivered.
